Since yesterday it seems that www.blenderart.org is down. When trying to view the page all I get is a database error that reads 'Error establishing a database connection'. I have not spoken with Sandra Gilbert, the editor, so I do not know any details. For the time being you can view the issues online by going here, download issues 1-24 here, or download the individually at another mirror found at www.walkercreations.org.
Hopefully they are back online very soon.
UPDATE: About an hour after posting this their website was back up and running!
