I am proud to say that I authored all of Chapter 6 (pages 159-361) and collaborated with Kevin on Chapter 7 (pages 363-424). In this book we actually break down real scripts used by us and our colleagues in production environments. Also we are very proud of the amount of attention put into user discussions concerning building interfaces. Many books have you create a window with three buttons that create a cube, sphere, and cylinder and leave it at that. We go way beyond on this and discuss various layouts, color palettes, option menus, text scroll lists, and so much more.
